Ferova is a free strength-training tracker on the web (ferova.fit) and iPhone. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we keep only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, and there are no ads or tracking.

What we collect

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't collect your location, contacts or photos. The app keeps unsaved drafts (such as a workout in progress) on your device until you save them.

How we use it

AI plan builder

If you choose "Build it for me with AI", your quiz answers (goal, experience, schedule, equipment, exercises to avoid, any notes you type) and a short summary of your best sets from the last 90 days are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the plan. Nothing is sent unless you use this feature. Don't include anything in the notes you wouldn't want shared with that service.

Who processes your data

We use a few providers to run Ferova. They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

We never sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and database rules make sure each account can only read and change its own records.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while you have an account. You can edit or delete workouts at any time, and you can delete your whole account in Settings on the website or Profile in the app. That permanently removes your account and everything linked to it. You can also email privacy@ferova.fit to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion.

Children

Ferova isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
