Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Ferova on the web (ferova.fit) or on iPhone. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Ferova.

The service

Ferova is free. It lets you build a training plan, log workouts and see your progress. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering Ferova; if we do, we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can save your data.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Ferova.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings (website) or Profile (app).

Your data

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Ferova for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Ferova, including plans made by the AI plan builder, gives general fitness information only. It isn't medical, health or coaching advice. Strength training carries a risk of injury: use good form, train within your limits, and check with a doctor before starting if you have an injury or health condition. Strength estimates and percentiles are approximate.

Fair use

Don't misuse Ferova: no trying to access other people's accounts or data, overloading or disrupting the service, or using it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

Ferova is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Ferova, including lost data or injuries. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Ferova after a change means you accept the new terms.
